We can’t say enough good things about Christine. She took the time to really get to know us, our family and our needs going into our home search. She took us to so many listings during a very competitive market and never lost her enthusiasm in finding us a home. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in helping one to navigate the real estate market. An absolute joy to work with and an all around great person, we highly recommend Christine to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home!
Christine helped us sell my uncle’s home after his passing and the whole process was seamless. She is very knowledgeable about the market and knew exactly what we needed to do to the house (and what was not necessary to do) to attract the right buyers and get a very good price. Christine is professional yet warm, just what you need when selling your home.
When selling our childhood home, Christine was excellent to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the industry, did extensive research on comparables, was very responsive and easy to reach, and has numerous contacts to assist in getting tasks accomplished. She was also very considerate of our emotional attachment to the house but still wanted us to get the best price. She made what seemed to us as overwhelming into something very manageable.
