Terrible staff. Called me 10 minutes prior to appointment to tell me to go to Urgent Care instead. I already filled out all my check-in information online, so I didn't need to arrive early for my appointment. When I arrived, they brushed me off taking 13 minutes to set up an appointment for Urgent Care. I expressed I wanted to be seen here as the Urgent Care told me to come here. Was brushed off again. Always a pleasant experience, appointments are always pretty much on time - friendly staff and love my Dr T !!!
It was a very quick visit to get shingles shot. The nurse did a fantastic job. My arm still aches two days later, but it will go away. I’m sure.
She was very nice and understandable about my health. The staff was also very nice so glad I choose her to be my doctor.
