I miss the old Doc. Every month, I have issues with my prescriptions. Zero communication, and maybe you'll get lucky if she answers in my chart. The doctor she took over for answered on weekends, and he actually cared about his patients. I called in my prescription Friday before they opened, to the office because for some reason they forget refills on a monthly prescription. Dr Christine Solans is very unprofessional and being a new graduate, it shows with her LACK of professionalism, empathy and communication skills. As a new patient for an annual physical she DID NOT do the entire physical and billed the insurance, she refused to complete the appointment with my annual gyno that was scheduled with my physical.
