Our kids love going to the dentist. Great practice and great doctor.
Staff is friendly and accommodating, Dr. Scott is personable and great. Only reason I don't give 4 stars is that they are only open Monday-Wednesday, so scheduling can be tricky. I love the small cozy feel, and how everyone knows you when you walk in. love this practice!
Dr. Scott is a good dentist. I will start by saying that. However, her rates are astronomical and they will not submit claims for insurance. Be a little careful when dealing with this office and maybe read both the positive and not-so-positive reviews.
We've been seeing Dr. Scott for about 8 years and she is really the BEST! We love her and her staff...my kids actually WANT to see the dentist.
Would not recommend this dentist. While the staff is friendly Dr. Scott's services are charged well over the market rate for dental services. She is not in network for any insurances therefore she charges 3x the rate. I have very good dental and health insurance which covers most expenses. For my daughter's 3 fillings I ended up paying $600 out of pocket in addition to what the insurance paid. I was contacted by my insurance company and notified that the charges Dr.Scott filed were extreme
Dr.Scott and her staff have been taking care of my kids for year and we always have a great experience. Her staff is very friendly and helpful and she explains in great details what is going on with my kids. My kids love to go see her and can't wait for their next dental appointments.
I definitely would not recommend Dr. Scott. We will not be returning to her office. My husband was 10 minutes late and the office staff told my husband that she would not see my son. Dr. Scott did not come out and speak to my husband but he could see her sitting at her desk in her office. I called to speak to the receptionist and she hung up on me. I was told the appointments are scheduled every 30 minutes but I have waited for more than 15 minutes on several occasions.
