She is horrible! Condescending, rushed. Made me wait 2 weeks for a Ct Scan for a head injury when I could have gone 3 days from my appointment with her! I asked for a referral and for them to get a prior approval, but it takes 3 days for me to secure a ride. Told me they would take care of all that and call me. Had a terrible experience this week with this PA and her office! I've been calling all week to get a prescription refill-I've called and left several messages, none of which were returned. I then stopped in the office twice.! Still no prescription refill even though she wrote the original script. It's pink eye! The nurse told me I would have to see an eye doctor! I've waited all week for this direction! Now it's a Friday afternoon and more waiting! I'm happy to say she is no longer my PA!
Christine was by far the most unprofessional, rude, narcissistic, and offensive medical professional I have ever dealt with. I have been a patient with General Physicians for numerous years and have great things to say about them. However, recently they booked an appointment at the orchard park location by accident. Christine told me the wrong information on my blood work. Christine told me my hemoglobin is,, 6.0 , she said nothing about my vitamin D deficiency. On that same phone conversation, she told me that I needed to lose weight and to eat lots of fruit, vegetable’s and protein.
