My pre surgical lab order was missing a requested panel. While standing in the MPG lab, the MPG receptionist suggested I call my MPG doctors office so they could add it. Couldn’t get through to my MPG doctor (shocker!) and the MPG receptionist offered no assistance. I’ll be switching lanes.
Avoid like the plague. Unless you really need medical attention, in that case just go to the hospital.
