Do yourself a favor and find a doctor other than Dr Nguyen. Dr Nguyen used to be okay, but in the last couple of years has gone downhill. Billing practices of this doctor are now unethical. I specifically discussed the visit was to be Preventive Service only, we discussed no conditions, but she still charged for an office visit on top of the preventive service. This is fraud that the insurance company paid quite a bit for, and a big reason why our healthcare costs are out of control. UCSD billing said this happens often and ... read more

Dr. Hygiene is the best family Dr. I have ever had. She listens, researches and communicates with your other doctors. She is kind and compassionate.
Dr Nguyen removed a painful boil for me with precision . She was so very pleasant and caring. I am on a waiting list to have her as my primary physician and I noted that her profile includes senior care and I am 75.
Horrible! On my first visit, I heard her outside my exam room door speaking negatively about a patient that should have sent me running, but I stayed. During my first exam, Dr. Nguyen didn't even touch me. She seemed uninterested in my complex medical history of 5 autoimmune diseases and a kidney transplant.
