I started as a new patient with Dr. Murphy a couple of days ago. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. Dr. Murphy took a lot of time with me as we discussed my general health and reviewed specialists I may need to see. She was on time, professional, friendly, and explained things well to me. Her staff followed up the same day with additional information regarding appointments. Genuinely one of the worst doctors ive ever had and thats saying something. Despite literally being internal medicine they refuse to help me get a diagnosis, stating “we dont work with handicaps.” She then intentionally gave me wrong numbers written down for other doctors, which needed referrals she refused to give, and told me I misheard her when she wrote the numbers down wrong.
