Having suffered financially because Christine Matthews had NO idea who the buyer was (Internet lead) she accepted the attached document as proof of funds. She had no government issued ID of the buyer, only an email and I suppose a burner cell phone number. She forwarded a purchase offer to my agent and the offer was signed by an llc, not an individual as required by 1345.23.
