I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Mullin and her team. My husband and I previously saw another doctor who gave us a lot of false hope and not a lot of answers. We went into this knowing the odds of having a kid that was biologically both mine and his were pretty low. What I appreciated most from Dr. Mullin was her transparency about our odds while also assuring us that she would do whatever she possibly could to help us reach our desired outcome and would be there every step of the way regardless of the outcome. ... read more
Dr. Mullin and team are amazing. This is my second fertility doctor I’ve met with and we’ve been able to achieve so much more with this team. The process is not guaranteed, but I’m at peace going through this roller coaster with this entire team. They are supportive, understanding and get it.
Dr. Mullin & her entire staff are incredibly accommodating & helpful. Every nurse, the stenographer & front desk especially Robin, are all a pleasure to work with. This is absolutely not an easy process but they are always helpful with questions, planful of timelines & helped my husband and I have a beautiful, healthy daughter! She is the 2nd Doctor I have been to and I would recommend to anyone needing a fertility doctor.
Dr. Mullin and most of the staff are very courteous, professional and empathetic to patients. However, the billing rep Melinda is extremely unprofessionally, lacks people and communication skills. Every time she will put you on an extended hold for over 10-15 minutes. Any request that are made are never followed up or replied to. We asked her 3x for the same document and each time she claims to have sent it and she has our emails.
