Just switched to Kaiser. Wanted to get established with Dr. Barthe. Scheduled for April. She called out that morning. Couldn’t get in until June 8th. She called out again. Call center stated she calls out often.
She was short and did not answer all my questions. Nor did she ask me once how I was feeling. She then left the room and did not say bye or point in the direction to the exit. Second, doctor at Kaiser in the 35+ years that I have been a member that has been rude.
Totally clueless. Absolutely worthless. No compassion, concern, no clue..
