She's the worst She's rude, late,and cancelled Appt 30mins notice. But when I cancelled 23hrand 37mins she told me I had to give 24hr noticed . Do telehealth Appointment always waited 15 to 20 min untill one day I just hung up I was not waiting anymore. She wants to charge me $155.00 Would spend 25min on telehealrh but charge my Insurance for the whole 55min.

I have been seeing Dr. Mahana for 4 months. She has led me out of a deep depression and anxiety into a full appreciation of life. Dr. Mahana provided me tools to cope and improve. She also did routine testing to see my progress. She worked with my primary doctor to regulate my medications. Thank you Dr. Mahana, you are a life saver.

I disputed a charge because she did not listen to me nor did she care to hear me talk about my issues. I felt like I was a paycheck not a patient. I paid for time that was mine and she did not let me get a word in. She also would constantly text me and ask when she had availability that should have been a red flag. She was cold, had no empathy and was all business not caring at all. She wanted to rush my therapy to get me in as much as possible.

Highly unprofessional and rude. I paid for several hundred dollars worth of testing, she repeatedly made excuses as to why results weren't ready and won't take responsibility for the delays nor for her lack of professionalism. When I requested a copy of the results (rather than paying for another appointment), she proceeded to insult me. She is currently still withholding the results.
