Dr Hayes was great. Thorough and extremely competent yet relaxed and engaging. She chats with you allowing you to stay relaxed while she does her work.
Dr. Hayes performed to skin cancer surgeries on me. Both experiences were outstanding! One was an invasive melanoma on my face and many people have remarked on how well it healed and how faint the scar is. She and her staff were very professional, caring, kind and friendly.
had an appointment a year ago and this whole experience hunts me till this day. I just accessed my visit summary on Patient Gateway, and I see diagnosis she never discussed with me! I rarely or never leave 1 star reviews, but I would give her -100 if I could. That is why I actually sat down after a year to type this to put it out there. Ski Lord surgeon, reassuring bedside manner.
In my experience Dr Hayes is not only the most capable and brilliant surgeon I have ever experienced, but has a personal side that makes a patient feel completely at ease from start to finish. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Hayes for any and all Mohs surgery and feel 100% confident, that the patient will have the exact same superior experience that I enjoyed.
