I had been seeing Tammy Swagler NPC for many years and she was wonderful. However, she left in 8/2023 and I was switched over to Jennifer Berry who is completely incompetent and could not even diagnose a simple UTI correctly.
Dr. Linares is an amazing provider. She genuinely cares for her patients as people. Her staff are friendly and helpful. The practice is amazing. I would recommend to anyone I know, and those of you I do not know.
Abysmal experience. Completely impersonal and uncaring; particularly from a supposed "concierge" service doctor. She only cares about getting her payment and seemingly nothing else. I would give her zero stars if possible.
After many years of being a patient I am looking for a new provider now. Only PA's see patients, when they still charge us the Dr fees, and if you want the Dr to see you, then you need to be part of this "special" plan that you need to pay an extra fee, beyond the insurance.
I have been a patient of Dr. Linares for over a year now. She does take the time to listen to my concerns and address each of them. I have been very happy with the staff and Dr. Linares for my healthcare needs.
