I have lived in Durango for 4 years but as I was a dentist for 40 years in Michigan I still return there for much of my medical care since we knew our providers so well. I caught a bug and felt awful ... very unusual for me but I ended up at the Urgent Care office on a Sunday morning. I was very impressed with Dr. Koch. Friendly, knowledgeable, great at explaining and was an extremely good listener. She answered my questions and we came up with a plan to beat that bug down. absolutely horrible, have been trying for 2 months to get a correct order for a test. 5 or 6 phone calls later nothing, and you have to wait on hold for this terrible service. These medical providers are scary especially during Covid.
Dr. Koch is polite, intelligent attentive, good at listening and problem solving and it is clear that she cares about her patients. Overall, she has a friendly and professional bedside manner and is thorough. Glad to have her as our family Primary.
