I saw her for the first time some time ago and she was not helpful at all. She has a video stating that she listens to her patients. That was a lie. Especially in my case. What she did was ask me a few questions and determined that she could not help me. No test or anything. Sent me right out the door. The visit was maybe 3 minutes long…5 tops! I’ve seen so many rheumatologists over the past few decades and have never seen the success in treating this disease like I do with Dr Hsieh. It’s hard to find someone who listens but will also push you when appropriate to try new/harder things. I’d recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Hseih I hand picked after my old doctor was forced to retired. She is soo patient and actually care for me. Have my BEST interest at heart her and her Nurse. She has been my doctor for almost 10 trs now and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER!! WHERE SHE GOES I GO!!!
Horrible bed side manner! Very cold & unconcerned. Just talks AT you to check off the boxes. Very obvious that she could care less about your concerns. One of those md’s that should’ve gone into research instead.
