Quick and very efficient.
First time patient with Dr. Hicks. I was really satisfied with the service. From the moment I walked in the door and interacted with the receptionist, Frank -Dr. Hicks’ nurse, and then, of course, Dr. Hicks herself, the visit was great! Patients didn’t have to wait forever, the staff were friendly and fun, and Dr. Hicks established the level care she offers almost immediately. Better check that the doctor of the day takes your insurance before your visit. This office has doctors that pick and choose what insurance they take, and it changes day by day. They also will not inform you that the doctor of the day participates with your insurance, but the doctor yesterday did and tomorrow does just not yours today. What gives???
Great visit she checked me out and went beyond my expectations. Very nice staff and very efficient.
