I had a great experience working with Christine to lease a condo! Throughout the process, she was nice, organized, and effective. Some specific things I appreciated: - She found many good options that satisfied our many constraints - She organized efficient showings where we could tour several options in a few hours - She was really responsive when we emailed her with questions or concerns Thanks to her, we were able to find a great condo on fairly short notice. Definitely the best realtor I’ve worked with.

Christine made leasing out our condo unit so easy and quick. From helpful renovation suggestions to reviewing applicants, she walked us through the entire process so that we were always comfortable with the next step. She always communicated any updates and even went out of her way to pick up repair items for us. I’m so lucky to have Christine as my realtor. She helped me find my rental in my dream neighbourhood that checked off all the strict boxes I was looking for.
