I am MILITARY and I did everything they asked. We rented the house even with rusty spikes sticking up in the backyard (unsafe for my children), a bent up garage door (homeowner's association finally got it replaced) and NO landscaping in the back yard! Just becuase they have a few billboard in town with their faces, doesnt give them the right to treat their clients like ish. These people are so stupid, probably because majority of them dont speak english very well, its nearly impossible to talk to them and get a straight answer. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
