I went to the reception desk & the woman hardly looked up at me wasn't friendly at all. Then In the exam room the assistant taking my vitals didn't smile wasn't friendly. Then the dr came in took off my shoes felt for a pulse on the top of my feet & said it was my back, spine giving me these symptoms 5 mins & out the door. Will never go back to that office or refer anyone!
Dr. Chung and her amazing staff are a great team. Dr. Chung makes you feel safe and well taken care of. She is thorough and kind. She doesn’t mind taking the time to listen to my concerns and address them in a manner that I understand. My surgery went well and beyond the cosmetic aspect of my “new” leg looking so much better and making me feel like I can put a pair of shorts or a dress with confidence again, the medical end provided me with the relief I was seeking from the varicose vein.
