Awesome service the whole appointment
Excellent doctor and staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our family has been seeing Dr. Chen since we moved to Tampa. She is professional, attentive, and cares about her patients.
She is not just professionally excellent when she examines my eyes, she listens to what I know about my own eyes and about my experiences before she starts any tests. That tells me she is listening to my concerns as well as making medical judgments. Perhaps that is why I prefer female doctors like my own primary care physician. Female doctors listen. Not all male doctors do.
