Outstanding Orthopedic Surgeon Outstanding Orthopedic Surgeon and Very Patient Caring Physician.
Time to move on..... Dr. Chang seems like a great lady. I would probably enjoy having coffee with her as a friend, but after every visit, I feel frustrated that she talks about her self so much and doesn't make me feel the appointment is about ME! I'm quite sure I could tell you FAR more about HER, than she could tell you about ME. After 4 years, ( yes, I realize I've already stayed too long!) I'm ready to start looking for a more sympathetic doctor.
poor doc She doesn't even know side effects of medication. Does not hestitate to speak her mind, even to the patient's chagrin. Not a tactful doctor.
Arrogant doctor Dr. Christine Chang is the WORST doctor ever!!! She is ARROGANT n never listens to her patients! She has a motor mouth, doesnt listen, and is the most violent and anger doctor I've ever seen! I doubt she will last 2 more years in practice as so many patients have filed complaints against her ability to treat and understand medicine!!!! Rude This Doctor is o.k., as long as you don't have anything serious happen to your child. Her disposition stinks, but the office staff is great.
A+ Dr. Chang Dr. Chang listens and spends enough time *( hard to come by these days ) with you to figure out your issues. I have recommend her many times. Her bedside manner is caring and attentive. I travel 20 miles to see her when I have Drs. available in my own neighborhood. Worth the trip. A+
Seriously? I have no problem with the doctor, he was very good and kind. My problem was with the nurse and the "system". I made the appointment and told the person on the phone that I was having trouble breathing and that I had cut myself with a knife while preparing breakfast that morning. She asked me questions about my illness and about the cut then made me an appointment for that morning. Excellent Doctor Dr.Frank is an excellent doctor. His diagnosis is invariably the correct one. He is very interested in his patients and closely follows their health. A really fine physician,of the caliber that you would expect to find practicing in San Francisco or some other large city. Walnut Creek is lucky to have him.
