I have been bringing my children to this practice for 8 years. The first time or two I met Dr Cerniello, she wasn’t really very warm and fuzzy. However, after getting to know her, and her getting to know my children, I definitely felt she warmed up, and I could see how much she really cares for her patients. She listens to my concerns and gowa above and beyond to hear out my thoughts, and gives her opinions. I trust her with my children’s well being, and would definitely recommend her to others.
My children have been patients of Dr. Cerniello's for 18 years. I trust her medical judgement and nearly always request her (unless it's a well visit, I have three boys and they then prefer Dr. Bobby). While she may not be warm and fuzzy at times, I respect her and I feel she respects my kids. As my oldest is phasing out of this practice I am reminded of how much she has given us over the years. Thank you!!!
This doctor should not be treating children. She is cold, hurtful, and insensitive. If you care anything about your child’s self esteem, stay clear of this doctor!
She is not my children's primary pediatrician but on a day that I forgot to request my doctor, Dr. Cerniello was assigned to us. I found her to be cold. I wouldn't think she would choose to work with children based on her personality although honestly I wouldn't want her to be my doctor either. Now I make sure to always request my doctor to ensure I don't get her. Would not recommend.
Horrendous
Terrible experience for my daughter. Awful bedside manner. Lacked compassion. When a patient is crying due to insensitive, hurtful remarks, please STOP! Be aware of the pain you are causing with your words and maybe look in a mirror.

Dr. Cerniello lacked compassion and had a very poor bedside manner when visiting my daughter after she was just born. My opinion regarding her condescending attitude has been reaffirmed by numerous friends who go to the office. I love the other two doctors and simply ask to see them when I take my daughter there.
Dr. Cerniellio is gentle, kind, patient, excellent with children and clearly very knowledgeable. she spends time listening to your concerns and working with you to help your child. I Highly recommend Dr. Cerniellio.
