I've had tardive dyskinesia for two years now. I saw three different neurologists at Pinnacle about it, with my symptoms getting progressively worse each time I went. The first, Lisa, who no longer works there, accused me of lying about my symptoms. The second, Debby, told me my symptoms were psychosomatic. Fraudulent billing practices, incompetent staff (including the practice manager, Ms. Ditomoaso). Do NOT use this business. I paid my $40 copay when billed for it, but they apparently did not record my payment properly in their billing system. After multiple interactions to attempt to correct this, I spent my very limited personal time to gather and email Ms. Ditomoaso a copy of my bank record showing my $40 check was cleared with THEIR business info on the back of the check. Christine was my mom's neurologist before mine, and she's always been exemplary. She cares about the entire patient, not just the brain as so many neurologists do. She always listens to our concerns and addresses all of them. I've never left an appointment with Christine feeling like I wasn't cared for or listened to. 10/10 Would absolutely recommend. EDIT: Since Christine hired Debby, I have to change my review. I've seen Debby twice, and this last time, she was completely cold and unsympathetic, harassed me about my weight... read more
