Made an appointment on 2-15, went to the office 2-16 for the appointment and Dr. Baca's staff claimed she was 'off the map' and told me I wasn't going to be seen. No effort to reschedule, or anything else. However, they were keen to obtain my copay. I get it, you're a doctor, you have surgeries, emergencies, but your office had my phone number, my email address, I signed up for your silly portal, you took my $25 co-pay (after I left the building, with no service performed).
