I’ve been there twice, only go here for my kids. I love that my daughter can see that there’s someone like her a black optician there. This time I went as a walk-in, everyone’s very friendly. Also if you looking for an express service this is not the place for you.

Experiences have been fine. There was some confusion with the front desk but generally I find them efficient and helpful. Dr has always been respectful and attentive to my issues. Find her very supportive and I am someone who doesnt not enjoy most dr visits.
When I arrived for my appointment I waited for an hour before asking about my 10 o’clock appointment. They said they called me but they did not . They sent me with a tech that didn’t speak English so the front desk had to accompany her in the room to translate… the n because I was upset about waiting they made me wait longer before being refused to be seen because the doctor wanted to take another patient. She is unprofessional and rude
