I had to cancel my appointment because I felt ill (remember COVID?) and a few months later when I had dead battery. Shortly thereafter I received a letter telling me that I had violated the trust between Dr and patient and not to come back. I was 70 plus years old at the time. The office was so convenient for me since I live on an island, and I am increasingly uneasy driving on the Mainland. I guess you have to be perfect to go to this dentist.

Had an small emergency that required 10 min of time, just labor, no consumables. It was busy, but they managed to sneak us in! Great news, except the charge for emergency work of 10 min of labor was $170!!! That was extremely disappointing. Not expecting a freebie but......
