Amazing doctor, so happy to be a patient of hers.
Dr. Ashour is a wonderful doctor, however some of her front desk staff is terrible. I was trying to book my annual physical today and a woman who refused to give me her name, I suspect she is the manager, hung up on me. I was trying to clarify something and she kept talking over me and hung up. I don't think that is acceptable in any public facing job. Additionally, as nice as Dr. A is, she doesn't prioritize scheduling for her long time patients so it can take months to see her. It' no long possible to visit her with this e... read more
