Absolutely ridiculous. I walked in asking if they had availability for pedicure and shellac. They asked for me to come back in an hour, which I did given that I didn’t make an appointment. I come back an hour later and they still had me sit down and wait for another 15 minutes. No communication and respect for their customers time.
