To respond to Wayne Gradwells complaint…he was a first time customer and I asked him many many times during the cut (and have witness) if it was to his liking. He said yes every time. He liked when the cut was done and also made another appointment! Then, 2 weeks later, he comes in the shop saying he didn’t like his haircut and wanted to know what I was going to do about it…. Michael McCain butchered my cut and when I called him to get it corrected, he told he has never had a complaint about his hair cuts in 17 years. The only thing he could offer was to refund my money.
