Christina was easy to get into. The appointment was for my sister in law, who is 16 & going through depressive symptoms, self-harm, self-esteem challenges, & challenges with friends. After communicating her concerns & feelings of sadness & hopelessness, Christina’s response was “Just sit and wait, it will come to you.” Our family was disapponted. No validation, no goal setting, no discussion of coping. Left more confused, & without aid in how to cope until the next visit. She was impersonal, and was not engaging.
