Saw Dr Chiang for a virtual visit and she was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my experience and concerns. She even made sure that my care would be managed over the weekend and followed up with me to ensure I wasn't lost over the weekend. I highly recommend the entire Livonia Health Center Family Medicine location to get care.
Dr Chiang is the best doctor ever! She cares for her patients she knows her craft. She is smart as a whip! My husband Wilbert and I trust her. She never rushes you and really finds out the root of your problems and get you the help WE need. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Chiang is by far one of the kindest and most knowledgeable primary care doctors whom I have ever met. She has been a champion for my parents (and myself) for compassionately spending time with them, caring for them, navigating them through their myriad medical providers, etc. I also admire her combined strength and gentleness as she conveys her professional guidance, especially concerning delicate subjects.
