My son had a sleep study done. There was no follow up until we made the appointment ourselves. We requested a virtual appointment for the follow up. I was told my son needed to be present even though he's only 4. I kept him out of school. The link for the video appointment didn't work through the app. They finally answered the phone on the 3rd attempt and told me the doctor was with another patient.
