'I've never encountered a doctor with such a poor bedside manner. She acted as if performing an eye exam was a favor rather than her job. Her customer service skills could use significant improvement. Unfortunately, this experience took place at the Chesterfield Sam’s Club, which is otherwise a great store. However, my family will be seeking eye care elsewhere in the future.'
She is not empathetic at all during the pandemic. I am high risk, and she would not even try to help me.
Very professional. She listened to me and offered options. With over 40 eyes that are challenging but I am very happy with the results of multifocal toric contacts she prescribed.
