Dr. Ulbrich, I have to comment today was such an unpleasant experience. The wait time to get an appointment, the paperwork that needed to be filled out (was told you were reviewing while I waited for over 30 minutes) your staff calling several times then being put on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time, arrive the 15 minutes early that was asked of me, being put in a room for 30 minutes with a closed door, finally asked what the hold up was, told that you were pulled into meetings and behind this afternoon from Tammy, then wait... read more
She is a highly popular doctor and there is not many obesity specialist in NTX so I’d you can be patient, she and her team are amazing, caring and supportive
