My primary doctor referred me to her this morning after looking at my thyroid panel results . Whoever answers the phones for her ? Absolutely rude & filled with attitude. She may be a great doctor… but her secretary / scheduler is disrespectful & again has an attitude problem .
While she may be a good doctor, I am doing this to report her secretary. My mother just called to set up an appointment and the secretary was rude and made my mother highly upset with her attitude and choice of words. Please keep in mind when scheduling an appointment.
She has taken excellent care of my family member going through thyroid issues. Exceptional knowledge and bedside manner, I am grateful for her
