Professional, knowledgeable, more importantly Dr Steinmetz-Rodriguez demonstrates a caring, warm attitude toward her patient and their family that is rare in this world of corporate medicine. The cookie cutter protocol so often visible in all aspects of social interaction is replaced by Dr Steinmetz-Rodriguez's genuine empathy and consideration for her patients.
Dr. Steinmetz-Rodriquez, is an excellent dermatologist and MOHS surgeon. She is professional, personable and polite.
BAD customer services.
Requested an appointment online. Someone followed up with a call, which i missed. Called back, and the person i spoke to had no record of my request or that anyone had called me. Spent 15 minutes giving them all my information for an appointment, which she was able to get fairly quickly because of a cancellation. Never received an email or text to confirm. Called back a few days later to confirm, and they had NO RECORD of me at all. Staff is garbage. Find a different practice.
