I contacted this agency for help in refinancing my home. After gathering some documents from me and quickly asking for my debit card number to charge me; they gave my forms and phone number to the bank. After that I could never get a hold of them (State Farm) and just told me I had missed a deadline. They charged me $400.00 and did nothing.

State Farm was able to find me an affordable quote with a no nonsense company to back it up and Christina’s personnel have walked us through every step of the way.
