Have used Dr. Rich and Christy Howard -PA for almost 7 years. They both are extremely professional and take the time to answer all your questions. I recently had blood work done and within one day of the visit, the lab results were published. When something unusual showed on one of my tests, the office called immediately to discuss the results
Both my husband and I see Dr. Rich and we are very grateful she is our Doctor. My husband had cancer surgery in January and his surgeon sent Dr. Rich a report on his condition, Dr. Rich called to see how he was doing. Yesterday, my husband had an appointment ( that he got within 3 days of his call) with Dr. Rich, for a cough he had for a few months. I love Dr Rich been seeing her for years. If it wasnt for her care and close follow up my non hodgkin's lymphoma would of went undetected. I highly recommend!
I love Dr. Rich. She treats my whole family. She listens to my concerns, keeps up with my tests that I need, and orders tests if I need them. I am very thankful she is my doctor.
