I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Emma on a personal injury case. She was very professional and followed through in a timely manner. She made me feel at ease with proceeding with the team. Very smooth process.
UPDATE: While my initial ranking was 5-Star for this law firm, over the past year, the trial attorney Pendleton assigned to me was not at all professional or interested in any questions I had regarding my case, and I didn't have many. He was so unprofessional, I had no other choice but to call the Pendletons direct at their main office in Williamsburg multiple times to get the appointed trial attorney to respond to the few questions i did have regarding my case. Worst experience ever dealing with a law firm. Never any straight answers, I had 2 different paralegals and it's been over a year and no one could tell me what was going on. They never discussed my case with me and provided any details as to what what was taking place. The lack of professionalism from this firm is beyond belief. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone I know. If you're not going against a big insurance company don't waste your time like they did my time. No compassion for the victims they represent.
Every time I call this firm they always go above and beyond to ensure my needs are met. If they are not able to assist I would get a referral which helps alot. I appreciate this type of service in a world filled with lack of interest in others and good customer service in many businesses today.
They wasn’t able to help me with my case, due to not having experience in that particular field, However, They were able refer me to someone that may be able to help. I truly appreciate the time to call back and the information that was given to me. Thank you 😊
