I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. I went to the check in desk to ask if I signed in incorrectly as I had not been called yet. She looked. E up & said I was checked in. I asked why such a long wait. I was told if could be a 1 to 2 hr wait as every appointment is different. I started to answer. She rude said have you ever been here before? Had to wait 1hour after my appointment to be seen. Yes I was on time for my appointment. They ALWAYS run behind. I’m also not happy with my experience with the doctor. I’ve been going there around 10 months and still no real answers to my problems with my eye. Constantly paying copays and wasting money on rxs that do not help.
I had a very good experience.
Dr. Olivetti was kind, caring and answered all my questions clearly. She is very knowledgeable. If I could give her ten stars, I would. I highly, highly recommend her and her staff.
