Very disappointing experience. I felt unheard and dismissed. Dr. Metcalf was unwilling to discuss options beyond a very rigid approach. She appeared rushed, never even sat down, and showed very little empathy or bedside manner. I left feeling frustrated and unsupported. I would not recommend this doctor if you are looking for someone who will listen carefully, consider your individual circumstances, and take the time to discuss all available options.
Dr Metcalf was very thorough and explained things very well.
Dr. Metcalf is extremely competent,knowledgeable, conscientious, thorough, and patient. She is an A++++physician!! From Pam Lassman
