Dr. Biliack has been kind, professional and listens to the patient's concerns. Her office staff is always courteous and compassionate.
She doesn't listen, expect me to remember who I saw and location when its years ago. Refuses to refill a prescription because she doesn't like it. Waited 7 months to get in to establish as a patient. Because I did want certain test done. She said best for me to find a different doctor. What a waist of time.
She is a no nonsense, compassionate physician. My family has been going to her for years. She personally gets 5 stars, Banner as a whole gets 2 stars.
Dr. Biliack is an excellent provider, very knowledgeable and I believe in her care. I recently had lab work done and she contacted me to review the results with me. I would recommend Dr. Biliack to anyone and greatly appreciate her delivery of care.
Dr. Biliack has no compassion or heart. Her staff does not know what they are doing. My husband was to go in for a colonoscopy and they sent him to Michael Koss. The staff assured my husband, Richard, that it would all be covered with medicare and my husbands secondary insurance. Well today we got a bill that almost gave us a heart attack. He neither accepts medicare, or our secondary insurance. PLEASE, steer clear of these two providers, unless you do in fact have the insurance they will take. What a joke.
