Everyone there was very professional and did exactly what I expected them to do.. great place and great people.. I hope I won't need them in the future but if I do I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone I know.
I am not one to write to reviews, but my experience with Duffy Law Firm was beyond disappointing. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic respect was shocking. I never once had a meeting start at the scheduled time — one was even over an hour late with no notice. I would reach out multiple times with no return call, leaving me completely out of the loop and confused throughout the entire process. If the only advice I can think to give this law firm is to "grow a pair," then you already know how terrible they are. Stop overpaying for Google and radio ads to "create buzz" and start defending your clients like you mean it. Or maybe go back to law school and sharpen up. They take your money, then offer weak compromises after talking to the other attorney (always smarter than them) and doing whatever they suggest, then they tell you they "did the best they could."
