I’m writing this to share a deeply concerning experience my uncle and I had with the office manager at this medical practice. My uncle, who speaks limited English, visited the office and kindly asked the manager, who is Korean, for assistance with completing the registration form. Rather than offering any support or showing basic courtesy, she responded with a visibly annoyed expression and refused to help. Christina was not only able to help me resolve my pilonidal cyst quickly, but also provided a level of comfort and reassurance for someone who doesn't have a high pain tolerance.
