We have never sold a house before and had no idea where to start. The house was a rental and needed a lot of repairs before we could sell it. Tina was on it! I highly recommend Christina. It’s not easy to find someone you can completely trust with your personal information and investments but I felt that Christina had my best interest when she sold my property. I had to move out of state quickly and literally handed her my keys as soon as I signed the contract. She took care of every step of the sale process and kept in communication with me all while I was in another state and timezone. Suzanne is the best! She always answered the phone no matter the time of day to answer any questions that we may have. She has extensive knowledge in real estate purchasing and sales process. There are no smoke and mirrors with her. She explains the process every step of the way. Very thorough on the offers and counter offer in process.
