I saw Dr Endress due to pain in my thumb at the wrist. She diagnosed tendinitis and I was given a cortisone injection and wrist wrap that I need to wear for several weeks. She assured me this would resolve the issue. Dr Endress was very personable and listened to my complaints and concerns. I would give 5 star but do not know yet how well I will recover. I have remove my wrist wrap and am very happy to say that I am now pain free and able to take up my favorite hobbies of crocheting and embroidery. Thank you Dr Endress!
Check in /check out was smooth and timely. Doctor Endress listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Received steroid injection and she reminded me that decreased pain would not be immediate. Good visit.
I put off going to the doctor for about 5 months after hurting my hand,thinking it would heal itself. X-rays were taken and no breaks and Dr. Endress was very confident in what I had done after explaining what I did to cause the injury. No surgery needed ( big yay) and received cortisone shots beneath each finger I messed up. She didn't make me feel bad about waiting so long and I'm so glad that I had listened to the reviews she had already received. All the staff was very nice and accommodating.
