Christina Ward from Christina and Co is probably the worst sellers agent I have ever worked with. If you are looking for an agent that pretends to know the local market, is not detail oriented, doesn't have the know how on how to properly market the property for sale to get you the top dollar, has extremely poor email writing/communication skills and will ultimately lose you money on the sale of your home by all means go with her.
