I had a pedicure appointment yesterday, very disappointed. Walked in and checked in at desk. My person said to follow her, told me I’d be at this chair and she be back after I was settled, never offered to take my coat . Water was in bowl waiting….she did a quick pedicure! Nails were not cut straight, cuticles not pushed back, and skin tags not trimmed on one foot. No polish on inside of big toe. Met Emily last night and she was wonderful! I've had the hardest time finding a hairdresser since I moved here 6 months ago and was starting to feel hopeless. She did a fabulous job on my cut. I appreciated her time and precision. I am a hairdresser myself so I am picky and she nailed it! Thank you Emily
