In my experience, the office runs on time and the staff is friendly. Dr. Cheng is the consummate professional and explains everything clearly and answers questions in a way that is understandable to the layperson. She coordinates with referring doctors as appropriate. My own surgery was free of any difficulties and was 100% pain free and was very nearly free of any discomfort at all. Dr Cheng is a smart Doctor. Although she did try to discredit my discomfort and compare me to her other patients with more extreme cases. I am someone who is extremely connected to my body and hypersensitive to when something is off. As a service provider she needs to understand all perspectives and not generalize everyone. She essentially tried to convince me to not remove what was bothering me. Luckily I have a mind of my own and I still went through with having it remove.
She is very nice and helpful.
Dr. Cheng is brilliant and compassionate. 10/10 recommend her. She worked with me to develop a plan of care that I was comfortable with and educated me throughout the way. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Cheng. The team of nurses she works with are also exceptionally competent and kind. Could not have made it through without the support of everyone :)
